Located on Ladprao road, this building take place right on the central among other low rise of MGC-ASIA building cluster. As a headquarter of automotive business, this headquarter building hosts various types of activity, the building was set in 3 groups of flooring couple. 1^st-2^nd level for automotive retail- BMW Motorrad and BMW Premium Selection, 3^rd-4^th level for internal business units, while 5^th-6^th for executive offices, boardroom and reception hall which aim to be a convertible brand experience and product display for marketing purpose. All of each flooring couple has separated internal void and stair which encourage the synergy and interconnection among the teams.

The location as a center block became a connecting piece between existing front BMW Millennium (new car) showroom, and the existing back Used car showroom. So the lower glazing was set in the height aligned with both of them, while the new façade pattern, inspired from chess flag implied a sense of automotive racing, become a feature of this MGC-ASIA Headquarter building.
