Ultra privacy and blended-in with nature is the heart of concept for CAYLA. The project located in Chiangmai, with less than 2 hours door to door traveling from Bangkok. The project was developed in low-rise setting like private villa. Parking from distant, allow a short walk as transition prior get in the unit. This concept minimize road and car, yet maximize the green space in between and convert to landscape screen, bring higher privacy and natural in the same time.

Architecture design was kept in very low tone, simply rectangle box. Only opening on North/South short end each be fully glazed, while leaving the East/West wall solid. Each villa designed in 3 levels height, all aligned and face to the north target for Doi-SuThep scenario. Each villa set around the central water feature, in addition with gigantic ancient rain tree as signature, this create opportunities for residence to select the sky deck in upper unit, or waterside deck in lower unit.
